Our Story
Founded by a team of leadership development professionals, our project emerged from a shared desire to demystify personal growth. The Leadership Circle framework resonated with us because it seamlessly combines behavior with belief and provides a holistic view of effectiveness. We began by offering workshops and coaching sessions for executives and soon realized that many people wanted an accessible starting point. This inspired us to create an online assessment that delivers immediate value to anyone curious about their leadership style.
